An annual service on an oil AGA in Staffordshire for a regular customer. Ian cleared carbon from the burner and feed pipe, fitted new wicks and checked the flow rates.
In Ian's words
An annual service on an oil AGA in Staffordshire, for a regular customer. It's a post-1974 model on a conventional flue.
I removed the carbon from the burner and the feed pipe, fitted new wicks, and cleaned and checked the burner shells. Then I checked the high and low flow rates and the control depth, and relit it.
