Your name, phone number and postcode, the fuel type of your cooker and a description of the job. Ian uses them to ring you back about your enquiry and to arrange and carry out the work. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

The form is sent as an email to Ian. The website is hosted by Vercel, and the email is delivered by Resend. Both process your details only to run this site and deliver the message. Your details are not sold or used for marketing.
How long they are kept
Ian keeps enquiry emails for 12 months and job records for 6 years.
