I serviced a gas 4-oven power flue AGA in Castle Bromwich.
First I inspected the flue chamber to check the sensors. They look as if they've been replaced at some point, and there's no corrosion, so that's good. I'd spent a few minutes in there clearing it out, so the flue is clear inside.
Then I checked the fan. On a power flue the fan is what gets rid of the products of combustion, so it has to be working properly. All good.
