It kept locking out. An annual service and a flue stat clip adjustment later, it lights first time with a perfect flame picture, ready for winter.

I attended the property because the Rayburn was continually locking out.
I carried out the annual service first, then did a few checks on it. The flue stat is the sensor that shuts the cooker down if the flue isn't clearing properly. I adjusted the flue stat clip, and now it lights first time.
Perfect flame picture, and the flue is operating correctly. A very happy customer, and the appliance is ready for the coming winter. I've been booked in for next year's annual service, as I was last year and the year before.
